    Dear Friend in Christ,


    Welcome to a wonderful journey with the Christian and Missionary Alliance (the Alliance). You are stepping into a path of spiritual leadership through ordination or consecration. We are here to support you and witness the amazing work God will do through you.


    God has a special plan for you. He has ideas for your life that are staggering beautiful. Like those before you—Aaron's sons, the apostles, and early church leaders—you are being set apart for His special work. Your role will be to teach, guide, and inspire others to know and serve God. This is not just a career; it is a divine calling.


    "The laying on of hands" is a powerful biblical tradition that affirms in you God's gracious spiritual gifts and the Holy Spirit's strength. For you, ordination is the Church's way to publicly recognize God's call on your life. It is a resounding Amen! to your dedication and commitment to lead His people with grace and truth into ever deepening grace and truth. 


    Ordination and consecration are supported by your education and ministry experiences. They flow from your heart, with all your life experiences, both good and bad. Although this is a high calling, it comes with accountability, a reminder of the responsibility you carry. Yet, this accountability comes with a grace that is more than sufficient to lift you up and give you success in every endeavor. 


    In these lessons we are inviting you to believe more deeply than ever in the God Who Believes In You. 


    Your journey is a part of something beautiful. You are not alone. You have an entire family of faith cheering you on. Together, we celebrate your commitment and anticipate the incredible plans God has for your ministry.


    May God's Word and Spirit guide you, and may your service bring hope and transformation to literally thousands of women, men, and children groping in darkness for a hope that transcends this world.

    This ordination pathway for the Christian and Missionary Alliance is more than just a checklist of duties. 


    We offer it as a set of opportunities for deepening your spiritual journey, expanding your theological understanding, and enhancing your effectiveness in ministry. 


    Each component is thoughtfully designed to equip you with the tools necessary to lead with both conviction and compassion in a rapidly changing world.

    Delve into modernized classics and new perspectives that broaden your theological knowledge and ministry approach. This curated list aids in gaining insights from prominent theologians and current thought leaders.


    2. POSITION PAPERS

    Clarify and articulate your understanding of core Christian doctrines with streamlined position papers. This facilitates deeper reflections and clearer communication of the faith essentials: Christ our Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.

    2. USE THE AI MENTOR

    On each page, you'll see our exclusive AI tool, called Get Mentored by A.B. As you know, A.B. Simpson is the pastor who founded our movement of missions and church planting. 


    You can click the mic button or the speaker button to actually have a conversation. We're constantly upgrading this platform, so soon you and A.B. will be chatting like old friends!


    With this mentor, you can get explanations and dig deeper into each reading. 


    a. MAKE A PODCAST. When you click this button, AB will literally make a podcast for you based on that page or reading.
