How will your teams/departments achieve these Strategic Goals?

• Tell us the top initiatives, new programs, etc. that your teams will implement to achieve your strategic goals. 
• We recommend 4-6 initiatives per Strategic Goal, though you can input as many as you'd like to track. 
• Assign each initiative to a Staff Member who will "own" performance toward that initiative.

What are the KPIs for each Initiative? 

(20-40 minutes)

1. Input your KPIs for each initiative. 
2. This is where you break down the initiatives into measurable indicators that you're team is on track. 
3. Assign the performance of each KPI to a specific staff member. 
4. Allow each supervisor to create up to date Progress Reviews toward the KPIs.
